I tried to create a USB recovery using that tool, but because the hard drive was bad, it could never make it through before giving me a blue screen of death and then crashed completely. So I have no way of downloading the media. Thanks for the info estimation point I'm going to try it. But I'm thinking the crash during the attempt to make the USB corrupted it.
